3. Place manual trades through our interface.

4. Receive and execute trading signals from TradingView webhooks.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use this Service. By using Market Pulse, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We do not have access to your Alpaca login credentials.

You authorize us to access your account data and execute trades on your behalf.

You may disconnect your brokerage account at any time.

4. Trading Risks and Disclaimers

IMPORTANT: Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

Market Pulse is a tool that facilitates trading; we do not provide investment advice.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made through our platform.

We are not liable for any losses incurred from trades executed through our Service.

Automated trading (via TradingView webhooks) carries additional risks including technical failures.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

Scheduled or emergency maintenance.

Technical issues or outages.

Third-party service disruptions (Alpaca, Firebase, etc.)

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKET PULSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Our Service integrates with third-party services including Alpaca Markets, Firebase, and TradingView. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
